Praxa Terms of Use

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Nexis Labs for access to Praxa. By creating an account or using Praxa, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Praxa Privacy Notice.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Praxa for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.

Praxa and AI-assisted results

Praxa is an AI assistant that can generate content, use tools, remember information you approve, and help coordinate tasks. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review important results and decisions before relying on them.

Praxa is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. Do not use Praxa as the sole basis for high-impact decisions about a person.

Accounts, tools, and approvals

You are responsible for your account, devices, credentials, instructions, and activity. Keep access credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Connected tools and services act within the access you grant. Review approval requests before authorizing purchases, messages, submissions, account changes, or other consequential actions. You remain responsible for instructions and actions you approve.

Your content and privacy

You retain rights in content you provide. You give Praxa the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and transform that content to operate the features you request, subject to your settings and the Praxa Privacy Notice.

Do not provide content you do not have the right to use. Optional context, sensors, connections, memory, and model-training choices remain governed by their separate in-app controls and disclosures; accepting these Terms does not enable them.

Acceptable use

Use Praxa lawfully and in a way that does not harm people, systems, or the service.

• Do not use Praxa to violate law, rights, privacy, security, or contractual obligations.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, credential theft, malware delivery, service disruption, deceptive impersonation, or safety-control bypasses.
• Do not use Praxa to exploit, endanger, harass, discriminate against, or make prohibited high-impact decisions about people.
• Do not resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service except where law expressly permits it.

Third-party and platform terms

Third-party models, tools, data, websites, and connected services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability and output are outside Praxa's control.

On Apple platforms, your license to the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, prices, renewal periods, included usage, and trial terms are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the store or billing provider that processed the purchase. Refunds and cancellations follow applicable law and that provider's rules.

Service changes and termination

Praxa may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, or integrations. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably needed for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, abuse prevention, or material violation of these Terms.

You may stop using Praxa at any time and can request supported account or data deletion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praxa is provided as available without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexis Labs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of Praxa. Any responsibility that cannot be excluded is limited as permitted by applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as Praxa changes. If a material update requires renewed agreement, Praxa will present the new version before you continue.
